In recent years, the hemp industry has been gaining momentum in Europe. But unfortunately, in Ukraine, only a few are analyzing this direction. The article is devoted to the actual problem of improving the industry of hemp heaping and creating new directions for profit in Ukraine. Thus, the authors point to high profitability of cannabis production, but only on the basis of the model of complex approach (combination of cultivation, processing and sales of the obtained products). The first and the most important factor in any production is the analysis of the industry, assessment of the necessity of its creation and forecasting of possible demand. That is why the main goal of the authors is the analysis of the main advantages of growing hemp, modeling the possible ways of cooperation with different industries, modeling the behavior of consumers in the market, forecasting the demand. In total, the work determined the probable demand of Ukrainian consumers on the basis of UN, State Statistics Service of Ukraine and other foreign sources up to 2019. The article analyzes the impact of the newly created industry in countries where hemp cultivation and production is already implemented, in households, in order to increase living standards. The experience of stage-by-stage legalization in such countries as the USA and Canada is taken as a basis. The simulated sphere on analysis will have appreciable influence on economy of Ukraine as a whole. But the authors note that the most profitable crop with large volumes of cultivation. In general, the results of the analysis are well summarized. The authors argue that they will continue their research in the future, because the topic is relevant. This article aptly highlights the topic, and therefore can be useful for all interested researchers in the field of hemp breeding, entrepreneurs and students.
