An overview of the situation with the worldwide COVID-19 pandemic and ways to address it by Smart City is presented. Major problems are identified in cities with large populations, displacement, isolation and quarantine. Which Smart City development systems can be applied to help ease the worldwide pandemic in major cities is analyzed.
