To participate in the conference it is necessary to register on the conference site by May 14, 2018 http://econference.nubip.edu.ua/index.php/pmeas/ as an author, download your submission in the form of annotation, (you need to login to the website using your password and in the user's folder select "New submission" and fill out the form) and send the full version of the theses of the report and the application form (the application form and the rules for writing the theses are given below) to the e-mail address of the organizing committee
After consideration by the organizing committee of the conference received materials, the author will get the message (by e-mail) about acceptance of materials and details to pay the participation fee.

Requirements for abstracts
1. Abstracts - one or two full pages f.A4, including figures, tables and references, one of the three languages: Ukrainian, English, Polish.
2. References consists in alphabetical order and numbered.
3. Abstracts should be typed in the text editor Word, headset Times New Roman, size: for 14 points of the main text, to list references and abstracts, 12 pt.), Interval 1. Field text: top 25 mm, bottom 30 mm, left 25 mm, Rule 20 mm paragraph 9.5 mm.
4. Placement of the text:
– UDC code (at the top left);
– align "center" the name in capital letters ("bold");
– skip text string and make the alignment "from the center" — authors' surnames and initials, degree, academic rank, position, ("italics", "bold"); place of work with indication of city and country ("italics").

5. Formulas and symbols need to be typed in the MathType formula editor, as a separate object of size: variable 14 pt, 10 pt large index, low index 8 pt, 18 pt large symbol, a small symbol of 12 points, cyrillic, greek and figures – straight, latin – "italics".
