Abstract
In order to ensure the competitiveness of the subsystem of distance learning at the agrarian university, it is necessary to define the concept "system of education quality management" and how it can be estimated in the distance learning form. The author examines the content of the concept of "quality of higher education" and examines contemporary approaches to assessing the quality of distance education. In addition, to determine the criteria for assessing quality, consider the basic requirements of international quality standards. The concrete results of implementation of the distance learning quality management system are given on the example of Sumy National Agrarian University.
