From the point of view of requirement in an effective economy, her motive force - man is must have a maximally complete spectrum of social guarantees, the effective instrument of providing of that is life-insurance. Therefore an insurance market is not only one of major constituents of financial market but also executes the row of important social functions, such as financial defence in force-majeure situations, pension system and others like that. Story life-insurance contains not only the instrument of financial defence in unforeseeable situations, and is and by the financial instrument of economies of population and powerful source of investments in the economy of country that is one of pre-conditions of the economy growing. Taking into account actuality of subjects for Ukraine, that remained the only large and practically empty market of Europe for today, this publication is sanctified to exactly this sphere of financial market.
