In the work, the task of analyzing the public cadastral map was set to verify the intended use and legality of the alienation of agricultural land and the separation of essential parameters that will be researched and used in further developments in the analysis of the public cadastral map. The main result is the separation of the categories of plots and the rules for their comparison, which will allow for the assessment of the target use of agricultural land.
