Abstract

Modern software testing trends are analyzed. Describes the methods that are the basis for testing and evaluating the quality of software. The main tasks and problems of testing are analyzed. The place and role of testing are indicated, the main methods and models of software testing engineering are given. The structure of the field of knowledge "Software Testing" according to SWEBOK is described.
