ASSESSMENT OF RADIOLOGICAL CONSEQUENCES OF EVENTS WITH SPILLS OF LIQUID RADIOACTIVE ENVIRONMENTS USING DECISION-MAKING SYSTEMS
Last modified: 25-05-2021
Abstract
This paper demonstrates the application of the emission source model associated with the spill of liquid radioactive media (RRS) in the context of radiation impact assessment using decision support systems. The authors have developed a mathematical model of the characteristics of the emission source, which calculates the instantaneous volume concentration of the radionuclide in the air of the process room and determines the power of atmospheric emissions in accidents with RRS spills. The results of atmospheric dispersion modeling in the JRODOS system are shown: the integral concentration of 137Cs in the surface layer of air obtained using the Lagran model LASAT and the total aerosol precipitation in the DEPOM model. The results of estimation of radiation doses in the JRODOS system are shown: annual effective dose taking into account all ways of irradiation, except food (reference age - children)
