Abstract
Automatic control of the process of hydrolysis of vegetable raw materials is the main stage in the production of feed yeast and technical ethanol. Based on the experimental study of independent parameters and determining the level of their change, as well as obtaining static characteristics of the hydrolysis process, the synthesis of automatic control system, algorithms of optimal control system structure and collection and primary information processing.
The technical implementation of the system of automatic control of the hydrolysis process with the use of a programmable microcontroller allowed to stabilize the technological mode, significantly improve the technical and economic performance of the process, increase the productivity of the hydrolysis apparatus.
