Abstract

This publication presents a basic factor-qualimetric model for assessing the quality of the cloud-oriented environment, which can serve as a tool for its ongoing monitoring and periodic review in the implementation of the internal quality assurance system of the educational process. The proposed basic factor-qualimetric model is based on the relevant factors and criteria that have a specific weight in the model. When constructing the factor-qualimetric model, 3 factors and, accordingly, 26 indicators for assessing the cloud-oriented environment for inverted learning were identified. The obtained results allow to form own approaches to the assessment of the quality of cloud-oriented environments, which are designed and used in higher education institutions.
