The issue of introduction of cloud-oriented tools of open science as the leading components of the educational and scientific environment is covered. The concept is considered and the main types of cloud-oriented network tools are singled out, the tendencies of their development and use are characterized. Perspective ways of application of cloud-oriented platforms and adaptive content management services in the activity of a teacher, researcher are determined; the experience of introduction of separate services of cloud-oriented systems of open science in the process of support of scientific cooperation in institutions of higher education is generalized.
