The modern tendencies of the development of applied medical and biological information systems are analyzed. The statistical methods that are the basis of data analysis during construction of the system are described. The main problems of medical biology metrology are analyzed. The general conception of construction and modeling results using UML is considered. The system was tested in the study of the effects of vitamin D deficiency on women's reproductive health.
