APPLICATION OF INFORMATIONAL TECHNOLOGIES IN EXTENSION SERVICE

Abstract
The peculiarities of application of modern information technologies and systems in the activity of advisory services of Ukraine are revealed. The main components of information technologies used by consultants are considered.Key words: information systems, advisory services, consultant, advisory services.
Advice can be effectively carried out only on the basis of widespread use of modern information technology. The factors contributing to the use of such technologies in the practice of information and consultation activities are their simplicity and increasing accessibility in rural areas.Domination of information technology in consulting is also due to the fact that after the consultant completed the consultation process, most management decisions should be fixed for a long time, and the method of securing becomes the software product or a business process or several business processes, united in the sole unit of the client company. It can be noted that this sector of the consulting market has very large prospects. However, the lag of Ukrainian enterprises for informatization from their western counterparts is obvious.The main function of the consultant is to provide the customer with information. In some cases, this may be its sole or main task - for example, when a client wants to compare his firm's work with others, using the data provided to him by a consultant.Information is a great deal of power and can greatly affect people who are interested in it and can draw conclusions from it. In many cases, it is enough to find a consultant and provide him with information that will allow the client to change the direction of his work, make a decision on investing or determine which organizations achieve the best results.The sphere of information services is rapidly developing and becoming of a contemporary significance. These services include different types of permanent and one-time services, with which customers can familiarize themselves with practical and theoretical developments in areas of importance for their business activity.Information service - a valuable direct customer service and a source of new contacts. Automated information systems in the consulting allows you to structure information from the units, integrating it into a single system that helps the user to solve a number of important tasks, namely:• complex analysis of the enterprise;• construction of diagrams of business processes, structuring of information flows;• analytical activity, analysis and optimization of document circulation;• analysis, evaluation and optimization of the organizational structure of the enterprise.Consider the main information systems that can be used by consultants.MRP (Material Requirements Planning) is a system for planning requirements for raw materials and materials that allow optimal loading of production capacities by purchasing in this case the quantity necessary for carrying out the current plan.ERP systems (Enterprise Resources Planning) are systems of complex planning of enterprise resources. If MRP systems are used to plan exclusively production resources, ERP systems are involved in planning all enterprise resources (personnel management, orders, finance, etc.).Compared to MRP systems, ERP systems have developed advanced financial and personnel management tools, developed decision support, configuration and integration tools.
