Abstract


In the review considered the ways for e-learning and combines them with traditional and distance learning. Also considered various forms of using e-learning - from the support of just traditional education to full distance learning. It is determined which e-learning options today are better for universities to concentrate their efforts. On the example of the National University of Life and Environmental Sciences of Ukraine it is analyzes the state of electronic training courses creation on quantitative and qualitative points of view. The reasons for suspending qualitative growth in the filled curriculum by electronic courses are considered. More and more teachers are duplicating already established courses, making them small changes under the pretext of creating a resource for another specialty. Thus, working on quantity, neglecting quality. There is offered a set of organizational changes to the process of planning the creation of electronic courses and their final certification. The main step is to focus on the wider involvement of different levels of university management education. It is also proposed to make a number of changes to the provision of e-learning in universities, which clearly defines which university authorities determine the e-learning strategy, who orders, which e-courses to create, who creates them, and who is responsible for the quality of the final training product.
