It’s noted, that the rapid development of information-communication technologies (ICT) has a direct impact on the all spheres of economy activity at the level of certain country and in global scale in general. Main existing measurement indicators of the modern condition of different aspects of global ICT market are given.

Functional and correlation analysis of the system of indicators for monitoring of ICT market development has been performed which were offered by a special institution of The United Nations organization - International Telecommunication Union. To the mentioned system of indicators refers the next indexes: global cybe security index, ICT development index, ICT regulatory tracker. The structure of indicators was found, which is included during calculation of the given indexes, and which is also included to the mechanism of integral indicator calculation.

It’s noted on the existent tendency in the growth of indicators of the studied indexes around  the whole world. It was concluded about insufficient level of cybersecurity, ICT development and regulation in Ukraine. The existence of a high level of interconnection between the index of cybersecurity and the ICT development index is established.
